吃吃喝喝這麼多餐廳，終於肯好好單獨寫餐廳了。
哈哈哈。
這次選在燒肉風間是因為工程師生日，年齡就賣個關子吧
上次吃過屋馬，這次選了我們都沒吃過的嚐鮮。
況且壽星有壽星專屬優惠喔，至於優惠就繼續看下去吧。

Even I have been to all nice restaurants, but this is the article simple about the KAZAMA (Japanese style BBQ), normally they are just mix up with my daily note article.

So this time we choose this place for celebrate my boyfriend's birthday.
As for how old he is, I think I will just keep it as secret here.
And since we have tried the famous one Umai (屋馬) for my birthday, we decide we would try different one this time.

推開厚重的門後，一映入眼簾的就是這個大招牌LOGO在結帳櫃檯後。
平常日只有晚上才開始營業，所以我早早就預約了17:30。(他隔天一早飛機要繼續去泰國工作)

如果覺得電話很難打的，真的很推薦用燒肉風間FB 的BOOK NOW訂位系統來訂位。
另外壽星的話要當日生日才有生日優惠。
剛好工程師就是當日，以下來看看當日的套餐吧。

This restaurant is pretty popular now, so booking in advance is the smart thing to do.
If the phone call booking is always occupied, the other way is to book through their facebook official page BOOK NOW system.

And if that day is your birthday, you will receive special treatment from restaurant.

桌上擺著的檸檬跟洋蔥沾料
可愛的MENU，我們都愛吃肉，但也並非都牛肉不可。
所以選了1680兩人套餐有牛豬雞 (三個願望一次滿足)

There's lemon and onion on the desk to seasoning with BBQ, and the menu is with English so it's easy for foreigner to choose from.

We choose set meal of $1680 (which include beef and pork and chicken)
and aside with seafood and side dish to choose from.

The price difference of the menu is mainly due to the meat (for higher price, you can get all beef)

飯的部分沒有另外升級
海鮮部分選了草蝦跟干貝 (當天服務人員也告知黃金蛤沒了)
熟食選了年糕
湯當然是我最愛的泡菜豬肉鍋 (只要有泡菜就好的我)

You can choose to upgrade rice as well (if you don't then it's white rice)

我們做的桌子後面就是料理台區

So behind our desk is the big open kitchen area.

沙拉是凱薩沙拉非常好吃生菜很新鮮份量也很多(這盤後來是沒吃完的)

泡菜鍋料也很多湯頭也好喝

Soup (Kimchi pork pot)

再來就是吃了罪惡感滿滿的起士年糕
起士好吃但是年糕有點不夠軟
就是外面是軟的但是心還是硬硬的

For side dishes,we choose cheese baked rice cake.
It's delicious as it sounds except we might need run 10km to make up with our guilty.

(Nope, I am joking, I love food and I can live with gaining too much weight because of food)

Except I think the rice cake can be more soft inside.

工程師是壽星而且我知道他愛喝啤酒
所以套餐中他的飲料我們加價換成哈利波特的奶油啤酒

Since it's my boyfriend's birthday and he enjoys beer, so we have upgrade his drink to butter beer (now you don't need to just imagine when you seen it on Harry Potter, you can actually taste it)...

~~Okay..It's taste like beer...~~

我有試喝就是類似綠蓋但是下面是啤酒

牛肉最先上場
牛肉真的很好吃
但是沒有味道因為記得嗎沾醬並沒有鹽

我本來以為他或許已經調味好了
但是吃起來還是無鹹味

then there's beef coming first
but i found the taste is bit dull (need some salt)

冒煙的東西是牛肉肋條 +蔬果醃製
這個服務人員有來幫我們烤+切

松阪豬好好吃我心都融化了

吃到這裡時我忍不住跟服務生要了鹽
恩

味道終於比較好了

and comes more meat, well, like the resturant's memo "no meat, no life"...
To this point, I have ask waiter for salt.

And so everything finally taste right.

再來就是很多肉

海鮮盤上場

Seafood is including in the set (you can choose 2 our of 3), but when we were there that day, they told us clam is not available so we got shrimps and scollops.

其實吃到這裡已經非常飽了
服務生也會過來問要不要幫忙剝蝦子

然後俐落地幫我們用刀子剝好

The service is very nice, when the shrimp was done, the waiter came to ask if we need help to peel the shrimp, and he helped with knife quick and easy.

I think my boyfriend need to learn this...

雞腿肉烤食中

So the special treatment for birthday guy is you can do the lucky draw thing.
You turn around the stuff and see which color ball falls, then you can get prize from restaurant.

Note: if you get the golden one , then the meal of the day is FREE!!!

And they will put the gold ball in front of you when they present the stuff to you.

Yellow ball- Pork for free
Green ball- Ice water ..

Blue ball- Shrimp
White ball- the birthday guy can receive a cup of butter beer + limited beer cup from restaurant
